Okay, am I the only one that thinks it's freaky that beans just LOVE to watch us cats wash! My Mum actually ooohs and aaahs over it and tells me how cute I am. Whatever. I've watched her in the bath and I must say I'm not in awe of watching her bathe.

I agree with you, Kellie. It is pretty freaky the way humans watch us wash. Especially if we are washing some of our more private parts.
You have a great point there, Kellie. When I wash my paws my mommy melts into a puddle. I wouldn't do that if I saw her washing her feet.
oh I agree, humans are just so strange. I have watched my human bathe and honestly, it's like when a whale swam up the river thames and got stuck in 2006. Newsworthy!

Get this: after I groom my furs, sometimes my Mommie likes to sniff them! She says it smells kind of sweet and soapy.
Really, what is up wif dem! Mom gets all smushy when we wash our ears. I've seen her wash her ears and it's not all that interesting.

Dearest Kellie! Thank you so much for the Tea invitation...I was still under the weather...I am getting better each day. I hope you do not think me too ungracious of a kitty for taking such a long time to return your visit. You can only imagine how happy I was to see you come cheer me on while I was so very sick. Mommy was heartbroken and thought for sure I would not regain any of my spirit and was prepared for the worst. But I was worth a small miracle. With your purrrayers and some good medicine, I have regained my strength day by day. Mommy would not have made it through her worries about me without your comfort. Each night we keep you in our prayers and wish you endless Blessings this Thanksgiving season.

I watch My Lady take baths. I simply do not understand the whole water aspect to her ritual. I find it disgusting. Simply disgusting.

What a great pose! I don't think I've ever seen one of our cats grab their back leg like that when they're washing. LOL
I agree, humans do seem obsessed with watching us. I think it's 'cause we do a very thorough job bathing using only our tongues!

I will try to put this diplomatically, Kellie...I think beans especially love to watch plus-size cats wash up. There is something about all the plump straining and twisted floofy contortions to reach places that skinny cats can get to without any cuteness involved. ML used to love to watch Walter bathe himself. Now she likes to watch me because I am getting to be more and more of a WIDEBODY with each month I live here. Must be in the well water.

I love to play with the bath water and I try to climb my lady servants legs in the bath but she doesn't let me because she is afraid of my 20 claws gripping a little too much! I guess the point is I like showers and baths, but not because the humans wash there, just because I am fascinated with water. The more cats paws on floors and counters, the better!
