I helped Mum clear off the deck because the house is going to be painted.....(Mum took down the screens until after the house is painted, I will miss my time on my deck, I usually spend alot of time out there, Mum says it will just be for a couple of days - I hope so).....
While we were resting from clearing the deck, this little bird came for a visit and sat right on my railing! I got very excited, Mum took a picture and then shooed the bird away : ( ......
Mum bought me a catnip plant, she was thinking I would eat it like I do my cat grass, but I just like to sniff it.....
And of course I rested alot. Mum had some boxes out to pack up the deck and I declared that this lid is mine, I hope Mum lets me keep it, but she probably won't, she likes the house to look nice and says a cardboard box just won't do, but I do have lots of baskets to lay in : )
I had a very nice weekend with my Mum, it wasn't too hot, we did lots of fun things and we got lots of rest. My favourite type of weekend!

My mom wood like to have our house nice and neat too but we like to haf our new cubes and our toys and our boxes and our kwilts and our beds...well all our stuff out where we can see it all the time. Mom just hasta respekt our stuff!
