Out of Sorts

I have never seen an animal that likes routine as much as Kellie! When I go to bed too early, she cries, wondering why I am in bed already. When I go to bed too late, she cries, wondering why I'm not in bed yet.
Yesterday I was crazy tired and fell asleep after work in the living room. At 11:30 I woke to find Kellie sitting on my chest crying. I was so comfortable I just wanted to sleep a bit longer, but she just kept crying. Finally I got up, we headed to bed, she curled up beside me and all was right with her world again. I've never seen her actually wear a wristwatch, but I swear she must have one, because she can definately tell what time it is!

I'm sorry, were we talking about Kellie or me?! I do the same excat thing. If Mommy goes to bed a little late, I get impatient. We have to go to bed at a certain time. If I'm the one playing, all she has to say is, "Oscar, bed time," and I come running. Routine is my life. Maybe it's a ginger thing? We ginger's seem to be a lot alike.

Thanks for visiting my blog. I hope you'll visit again.

Routine, not at our house. Mum is up early and late. Stays up late too.

I know what you mean. I never have been one that my friends would say is predictable but now with cat roommates, I find myself adhering to a rather strict routine less I upset the boyz.
